I have made it somewhat of my mission to discourage the wrong people from buying more "how-to" courses, unless they have the right reason for it (and they know what they are getting themselves into).
Here is my take on Magnetic Sponsoring , for example.
But the reason I say that Blackbelt Recruiting is probably not what you think is because most people in Network Marketing are used to being told what to do and what to say.
Heck, people in general are used to being given instructions on a daily basis.
I'm speaking of the typical employee.
In fact, people are so used to being employees that they actually prefer their sponsor lay out a step-by-step plan of action.
And if you've sponsored a few people in this business like my wife and I have, you've probably realized by now that you need to employ most newcomers.
Otherwise they're lost!
(And they'll quit faster than you can say Homer Simpson.)
The reason I'm saying this is because you're probably used to scripts when it comes to recruiting training.
You won't find scripts here!
And let's be honest -- scripts don't work as well as being REAL with people does, anyway.
But if scripts are what you're looking for, Blackbelt Recruiting is not for you.
Now that we've got that out of the way, I would like to make you aware of 2 things:
- I have bought, read, and listened to (several times) the book and CD's that come with the course.

Because that is the biggest thing you will learn from Blackbelt Recruiting -- you will learn that you need to KNOW, way deep down inside, that you do NOT need to sponsor anyone in this business.
And you need to be able to project this to your prospect.
That they need you more than you need them.
There is nothing like this training, people!
It goes over:
- the correct mindset to have
- how to handle the most common objections
- how to handle jerks
- how to guide the conversation
- how to show that you are a leader worth joining
- how to handle asking for their Social Security Number over the phone
- how to make sure you're not wasting your time
- what kind of questions to ask your prospect
- and plenty of other juicy tidbits and "Jedi Mind Tricks"
I must admit that I was in the "selling mode" before I was enlightened by this course.
I used to go into a presentation thinking that I needed to convince my prospect that my MLM company was the best.
